Now Hiring: Project Manager – iCargo UpgradeWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager to support a major airline client on a large-scale IBS iCargo platform upgrade. This role will lead end-to-end project execution across business, technology, vendor, and offshore delivery teams.

Location: Fort Worth, TXSchedule: Hybrid, 3 days onsite per weekPay Rate: $55–$58/hrPlease note there will be standard furlough periods during the 2026 holiday season:

November 23–27, 2026December 22, 2026–January 4, 2027

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the iCargo upgrade program across planning, design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, scope, and budget tracking
• Coordinate with Cargo Digital Products, Cargo Operations, Finance, Compliance, IT engineering, integration teams, IBS Software, consulting partners, and offshore delivery teams
• Manage vendor deliverables against SOW commitments, milestones, dependencies, and risks
• Oversee SIT, UAT, operational readiness testing, defect triage, release planning, go-live readiness, and deployment activities
• Maintain RAID logs and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, mitigation plans, and escalations
• Prepare executive-level reporting, status dashboards, KPIs, financial updates, and stakeholder communications
• Support change management, training, documentation, rollout planning, and operational readiness across cargo locations
• Ensure adherence to enterprise delivery frameworks, PMO standards, documentation, approvals, and audit requirements

Required Experience

• 5–10+ years of Project or Program Management experience supporting large-scale IT implementations or enterprise system upgrades
• Strong experience managing the full project lifecycle from initiation through deployment and hypercare
• Experience managing third-party vendors or implementation partners against SOW deliverables
• Strong stakeholder management experience across business, IT, and executive leadership
• Experience coordinating with offshore or global delivery teams
• Hands-on experience with SIT, UAT, release management, defect triage, go-live readiness, and production deployments
• Strong proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersNice to Have:
• Experience with cargo, logistics, freight, transportation, airline, or aviation systems
• iCargo or IBS Software platform experience
• PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification
• Experience with enterprise integrations, APIs, messaging systems, or operational platformsThe ideal candidate is a strong enterprise IT Project Manager who can drive complex system upgrade initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, hold vendors accountable, and keep stakeholders aligned through go-live and hypercare.
