Duties Description Perform data extraction and aggregation from various sources and tables. Compile, analyze, mine, parse and cleanse data related to agency processes, NYS, or national education, and/or higher education spending, trends, and outcomes. Assist with analyzing and monitoring grants and scholarships spending and trends. Review data for quality assurance.
Identify trends in data and identify risks in programs based on these trends. Devise methods for identifying data patterns and trends in data sources; assess data structures and how they can be used to produce desired reports. Perform quantitative and/or qualitative data collection. Contribute to the development of dashboards, reports, and publications. Summarize results, interpret data, and communicate results.
Compile other ad-hoc data analysis based on current needs and executive management priorities. Perform other duties as assigned.
