Since 1984, Larkin Street Youth Services has helped more than 75,000 young adults in San Francisco with outreach, shelter, housing, education, employment, healthcare, and other services.
Today, Larkin Street Youth Services is the largest provider of housing and services to homeless youth in the Bay Area. We serve 1,500 youth annually, operating or partnering to provide more than 500 emergency shelter, transitional, supportive, and subsidy-based housing beds at several unique sites across San Francisco.

Under the guidance of the the Director of Data and Reporting, the Data Analyst is responsible for the generation, quality assurance, and distribution of internal and external reports in support of grants management, program evaluation, and organizational learning.
This role works closely with the Director of Data and Research and the Public Funding and Institutional Giving teams to ensure accurate, timely, and funder-compliant data reporting. The Analyst plays a key role in maintaining data quality within the organization's client data management system and contributes to dashboard development and data collection processes that reflect the needs of youth-serving programs.
This is a full-time position, eligible for full benefits.
