Reporting & Data Analyst - Real EstateDublin City Centre | Permanent | Hybrid (4 days onsite)We're hiring a Reporting & Data Analyst to join the European Data Strategy Team at a global real estate investment firm. You'll sit at the centre of portfolio reporting and data management across the European business.

This isn't a purely technical role. Our client wants someone commercially minded who understands how a business works, not just how a database does.

You'll be joining at an exciting time - the team is moving away from traditional Excel-based reporting toward a more systems-driven, data warehouse approach, and you'll play a key role in helping shape that shift.

About the Role

• Own data flows between operational systems, reporting platforms and the data warehouse
• Build and enhance Power BI dashboards and management reporting
• Deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting for senior management, the Board and lenders
• Drive reporting automation and process improvement, working with external property managers and third-party providers.

You'll be part of a genuinely close knit, collaborative team that works well together.

About the Person:

• Circa 5 years' experience in a professional environment (real estate, asset management or financial services a plus)
• Strong Excel and experience handling large datasets and recurring reporting cycles
• Power BI, data warehouse/lakehouse, SQL or VBA experience is a bonus, not a requirement
• Sharp attention to detail, a proactive mindset and strong stakeholder skills
