Job Details

• Location: Ubi (Nearest MRT: MacPherson)* Salary: Up to $5,000 Basic* Duration: 6-Month Direct Contract (Extension/Conversion Subject to Business Needs)* Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 6.00pmJob Scopes:

Provide finance support to internal business units through timely financial analysis and reporting. Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly forecasts, as well as the annual budgeting exercise. Perform variance analysis (Actual vs Budget vs Forecast vs Prior Year) and prepare management commentaries. Support month-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, depreciation, and OPEX reporting.

Monitor and analyse CAPEX projects, including project cost tracking and documentation. Prepare and distribute cost centre reports while providing financial insights to stakeholders. Support budget presentations and financial reporting for management. Assist in cost allocation exercises and activity-based costing analysis. Review business cases and perform ROI and financial feasibility analysis.

Support audit requests by preparing relevant financial documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting.
• Progress toward a professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA) is an advantage. 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis or management reporting, preferably supporting IT or shared services.
• Familiarity with financial reporting standards (e.g., IFRS/GAAP) and month-end close processes.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is preferred.
