This role will play a pivotal part in driving profitable growth across APAC, with a strong focus on profitability on New Product Development (NPD), product, category and customer profitability, and commercial performance optimisation.

Position Overview

The FP&A Analyst is responsible for executing financial planning and analysis activities for SharkNinja APAC, with a focus on driving product, category and customer profitability and enabling data-driven commercial decisions.

This role includes the development of performance management reports with visibility across channel, category, and customer profitability, as well as supporting NPD and APAC Unique Product Development business cases and sell-side optimisation initiatives.

Here are some of the EXCITING things you will get to do:

Financial Planning & Forecasting Execute regional budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for NPD Perform variance analysis with a focus on revenue, margin, and mix drivers across channel and category Support financial evaluation of NPD and APAC Unique Product Development opportunities, including business case modelling and scenario analysisReporting & Performance Management Develop and maintain performance management reports providing visibility on: - Product profitability Category performance Channel profitability Customer-level margins Ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting platforms and tools Translate large and complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholdersProjects & Commercial Optimisation Support sell-side optimisation initiatives to improve gross margin and trade efficiency Analyse pricing, discounting, and promotional spend to identify margin leakage and optimisation opportunities Track performance of new product launches and highlight gaps vs. business case assumptions Partner cross-functionally with Commercial, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to drive profitable growth initiatives Participate in ad hoc financial projects and analysis to support regional leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Business, Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
• Prior experience in financial modelling (product / customer level) and performance reporting preferred Proven ability to manage forecasts, identify risks and opportunities, and support business decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to partner cross-functionally Ability to analyse large & complex data sets and translate into actionable insights Advanced Microsoft Excel / Office / Power BI skills required, with strong modelling capability
