Creator Partnerships + Business Development Manager

Hi! We're looking for a proactive and well-connected Creator Partnerships & Business Development Manager to help grow a rapidly expanding travel and lifestyle creator business.

This is not a social media management or content creation role!

Your primary focus will be creating opportunities by building relationships, pitching brands, securing partnerships, identifying media opportunities, and helping grow the business into a leading brand within the travel industry.

Over the next year, we're also excited to begin developing a creator-owned product/brand and expanding the business beyond traditional brand partnerships. We're looking for someone who's excited to help shape that next chapter and grow alongside the business long-term.

Responsibilities

• Pitch brands for paid partnerships and long-term collaborations
• Build relationships with PR agencies, influencer marketing agencies, tourism boards, hotels, airlines, and travel brands
• Secure invitations to creator events, brand activations, product launches, press trips, conferences, and other industry experiences
• Research and identify new partnership opportunities
• Source podcast appearances, speaking opportunities, television opportunities, and media features
• Maintain an organized outreach pipeline and partnership database
• Conduct proactive outreach and consistent follow-up with prospective partners
• Brainstorm creative ways to expand the creator business beyond traditional sponsorships
• Assist with the long-term development of creator-owned product and brand, including partnership outreach, market research, and launch planning

Who You Are

We're looking for someone who is

• Experienced in influencer marketing, public relations, creator partnerships, talent management, or business development
• Well-connected within the influencer, PR, travel, or lifestyle industries (existing relationships are a major plus)
• An excellent communicator and relationship builder
• Passionate about travel and the creator economy
• Excited to think creatively and help build something with long-term potential
• Someone who is collaborative, proactive, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. We're looking for a long-term partner who gets excited about building something together.

What WE Can Offer YOU

• $1,250 monthly retainer
• 15% commission on partnerships you directly source and help close
• Independent contractor position
• Initial 90-day agreement with the opportunity to continue long-term and grow alongside the business

Work From Anywhere (Encouraged!)

• Approximately 15-18 flexible hours per month
• Fully remote
• Work from anywhere with reliable communication and internet access. The creator behind the brand travels full-time, so whether you're working from home or traveling yourself, flexibility is encouraged!
• Flexible schedule with no set working hours, as long as responsibilities are met
• Weekly check-in to discuss priorities, ideas, and opportunities

This is a results-driven role, not a clock-in, clock-out position.
