• Create, curate, and manage engaging content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that align with brand voice and marketing goals.
• Monitor social media channels using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule posts, track engagement metrics, and optimize content performance.
• Conduct social listening to gather insights on audience sentiment, industry trends, and competitor activities for informed decision-making.
• Implement targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to reach specific demographics and maximize ROI.
• Analyze digital marketing performance using Google Analytics, web analytics tools, and social media analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the public relations team to manage media relations, craft press releases, and enhance the company's reputation through strategic communication efforts.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design and media editing to produce high-quality visual content.
• Engage in keyword research and SEO best practices to improve online visibility and organic reach across digital channels.
• Maintain consistent branding across all digital assets while managing relationships with influencers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in social media marketing, digital marketing analytics, media performance metrics, and emerging platforms to keep strategies fresh and effective.

Skills

• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing strategy development.
• Strong proficiency with social listening tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for monitoring brand mentions and industry trends.
• Expertise in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and media editing tools for creating compelling visual content.
• Skilled in video editing for producing engaging multimedia content tailored for various platforms.
• Knowledge of SEO techniques including keyword research to enhance content discoverability online.
• Experience with advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager for executing targeted campaigns.
• Ability to analyze marketing data using Google Analytics and other web analytics tools to assess campaign performance effectively.

Pay: $53,415.63 - $64,328.50 per year
