South Manchester based ecommerce business looking for a strategic and innovative Head of Digital.

The Head of digital will be responsible for all digital strategy. This will include performance, CRO, CRM, paid and organic social.

The Role

As Head of Digital, you will be responsible for shaping and executing their digital vision, branding, marketplace and D2C offering. You will oversee the development, integration, and optimisation of digital platforms, tools, and campaigns to drive engagement, efficiency, and growth. This is a high-impact role requiring strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of ecommerce.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and lead the organisation's digital strategy aligned with overall business goals.

Lead a multidisciplinary digital team.

Drive innovation and continuous improvement across all digital touchpoints.

Ensure best-in-class user experiences and digital customer journeys.

Monitor digital performance and provide actionable insights through analytics and reporting.

Stay ahead of digital trends, tools, and technologies

About You

Proven experience in a senior digital leadership role.

Strong track record in developing and delivering successful performance marketing and digital strategies.

Deep understanding of digital platforms, UX, content strategy, data analytics, and emerging tech.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Commercially minded with a passion for innovation and user-centered design.

Experience managing budgets and cross-functional teams.
