People & Culture Manager

I’m partnering with a growing B2B technology organization to identify a talented People & Culture Manager to lead HR strategy and support across key business divisions. This is a high-impact role for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys partnering with leaders to build strong teams, enhance employee experience, and drive culture initiatives.

About the Role

The People & Culture Manager will own the full employee lifecycle, from recruiting and onboarding through employee relations, performance management, engagement, and culture initiatives. This role will serve as a strategic HR partner to leadership while ensuring consistent execution of People & Culture programs, policies, and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• HR Business Partnership
• Provide HR leadership and support to assigned business divisions
• Partner with leaders on employee relations, performance management, talent strategy, and workforce planning
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies, programs, and processes
• Recruiting & Hiring
• Lead recruiting efforts for open positions within assigned teams
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and role requirements
• Conduct intake meetings, candidate screenings, and support interview processes
• Collaborate on job postings, candidate communication, and hiring operations
• Employee Lifecycle Management
• Support onboarding and employee integration
• Manage employee changes including promotions, transfers, job changes, and exits
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and HRIS updates
• Employee Relations
• Advise leaders on workplace concerns, performance matters, and policy interpretation
• Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate resolutions
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal practices
• Performance Management & Development
• Coach leaders through performance conversations and development planning
• Support corrective action processes when needed
• Promote consistent performance management practices across teams
• Culture & Engagement
• Partner with leaders to build a positive, engaged, and high-performing workplace
• Support employee engagement initiatives, team events, and culture programs
• Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for strong organizational alignment
• HR Operations
• Ensure accurate completion of HR processes and documentation
• Partner with People Operations on HRIS, reporting, and administrative needs
• Collaborate with People leadership on complex employee matters

Qualifications

• 6–12 years of progressive HR experience
• Experience as a full lifecycle People & Culture Manager within a B2B technology environment
• Strong employee relations and HR business partnership experience
• Proven ability to coach leaders and influence across teams
• Experience managing recruiting, performance management, and engagement initiatives
