Job Description

Our client is hiring for a high-volume talent acquisition sourcer who will be responsible for maintaining a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles. This sourcing recruiter will manage approximately 25 active requisitions at any given time, focusing on applicant review, candidate engagement, and partnership with recruiting business partners and hiring managers.

Required Skills & Experience

-2+ years of sourcing or full lifecycle recruiting experience

-Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding recruiting KPIs

-Strong sourcing toolkit across platforms and strong Boolean search

-Experience with passive candidate outreach.

-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

-Ability to thrive in a metrics driven, high volume environment.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Previous experience working for a Fortune 100 tech company

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
