Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support our growing manufacturing staffing division. This individual will be responsible for sourcing, screening, qualifying, and presenting candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire opportunities.

The ideal candidate is highly customer-focused and employee-focused, with a passion for building relationships and creating positive experiences for both clients and candidates.

This role requires a sense of urgency, strong communication skills, and the ability to recruit for a wide range of manufacturing positions including production, assembly, warehouse, maintenance, quality, logistics, and skilled trades.

Key Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through job boards, ATS databases, referrals, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
• Conduct thorough phone and virtual interviews to assess skills, experience, motivation, availability, and overall fit.
• Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates for current and future openings.
• Present qualified candidates to clients with detailed and compelling candidate summaries.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Partner closely with clients and internal sales teams to understand hiring needs and market conditions.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from initial contact through placement.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, activity notes, and recruiting metrics within the applicant tracking system.
• Follow up regularly with candidates and contractors to ensure a positive employment experience.
• Provide market feedback regarding compensation, talent availability, and recruiting trends.
• Consistently meet recruiting, placement, and activity goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, logistics, or staffing industries.
• Proven success sourcing and filling high-volume and skilled manufacturing positions.
• Experience recruiting for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire opportunities.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Ability to build relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Experience using ATS systems, recruiting databases, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Customer-service mindset with a passion for helping people find career opportunities.

Preferred Experience

• Staffing agency recruiting experience.
• Recruiting for manufacturing, production, maintenance, warehouse, quality, supply chain, or skilled trades positions.
• Experience utilizing Boolean search techniques and proactive sourcing strategies.
• Prior experience working in a metrics-driven environment.
