We support patients, providers, and law firms through coordinated services that improve access to care and drive better outcomes across the lifecycle of a case.

We are currently managing ~2,500 cases per month, with a clear path to 5,000+. To get there, we are building the operational infrastructure required to scale across patient services, pharmacy, and revenue execution.

This is not a traditional healthcare environment.

We are a performance-driven, operator-led company where speed, accountability, and execution matter.

All roles are onsite in Atlanta and require a high level of engagement, collaboration, and ownership.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Head Recruiter, the Recruiter will partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to execute recruiting strategies and support organizational growth.

This individual will own recruiting activities across operational, healthcare support, legal support, administrative, and corporate positions.

The ideal candidate is highly proactive, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple hiring priorities simultaneously.

• What You'll Own
• Full-cycle recruiting for assigned openings
• Candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach
• Development and maintenance of active candidate pipelines
• Conduct recruiter screens and structured interviews
• Assess candidate qualifications, competencies, and cultural alignment
• Support hiring manager intake meetings
• Manage candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Coordinate interviews and collect hiring feedback
• Facilitate interview debrief discussions
• Assist with offer presentation and onboarding support
• Track pipeline health and recruiting metrics
• Build talent communities for future hiring needs
• Recommend recruiting process improvements and best practices

• Qualifications
• 2-5+ years of recruiting experience
• Proven success managing full-cycle recruiting processes
• Strong sourcing and talent identification skills
• Experience conducting interviews and candidate evaluations
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Results-driven and highly organized
• Experience supporting high-growth organizations preferred
• Healthcare, legal services, operations, or professional services recruiting experience is a plus
• Compensation$55,000 - $70,000 Base Salary
