Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

Location: Remote (North Carolina or South Carolina Preferred)

Bradley Professional is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Executive Recruiter to join our team.

This is an opportunity for a seasoned recruiter who enjoys working on challenging direct hire searches across multiple industries—not someone who has only recruited within a single niche.

If you're the type of recruiter who can successfully recruit a CFO one week, a Manufacturing Manager the next, followed by an Engineer and Accounting Clerk, we'd love to talk to you.

What You'll Do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through placement
• Recruit professional, management, and executive-level talent across a variety of industries
• Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand their hiring needs
• Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and other recruiting tools
• Conduct thorough interviews and candidate evaluations
• Present qualified candidates and manage the interview process through offer and placement
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with both clients and candidates

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of successful direct hire recruiting experience
• A proven track record recruiting across multiple industries and functional disciplines
• Experience filling professional and executive-level positions
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality
• Self-motivated, organized, and disciplined enough to thrive in a remote work environment
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other recruiting technologies
