SANY Nutrition Group LLC is a growing manufacturer of protein bars, functional snacks, confectionery, and bakery products. We develop and produce innovative products for private label and branded customers, combining food science expertise with modern manufacturing to deliver high-quality products across North America.

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Business Unit Controller who is passionate about driving financial performance, operational excellence, and business growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and performance analysis while partnering with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making, improve profitability, and ensure the achievement of the company's financial and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• ⁠ ⁠Lead the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes.
• ⁠ ⁠Analyze manufacturing costs, product profitability, and operational performance.
• ⁠ ⁠Monitor production variances, inventory, labor, and overhead costs.
• ⁠ ⁠Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, and Executive Management to support business decisions.
• ⁠ ⁠Develop financial models, KPIs, and dashboards to improve business performance.
• ⁠ ⁠Drive cost optimization and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the manufacturing operation.
• ⁠ ⁠Ensure accurate inventory valuation, cost accounting, and financial controls.
• ⁠ ⁠Support annual budgeting, cash flow planning, and working capital management.
• ⁠ ⁠Prepare management reports and present financial performance to senior leadership.
• ⁠ ⁠Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.

Qualifications

• ⁠ ⁠Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• ⁠ ⁠CPA, CMA, or MBA is an advantage.
• ⁠ ⁠Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial controlling, FP&A, or manufacturing finance.
• ⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of standard costing, inventory accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• ⁠ ⁠Experience in a food manufacturing or FMCG environment is highly preferred.
• ⁠ ⁠Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar).
• ⁠ ⁠Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• ⁠ ⁠Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
