Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to work on our FDS Data Services & Agentic AI offerings. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Product Management ( minimum 12 years in Product Management role , NOT just project or program management), be an excellent communicator, understanding of market & basic business perspectives, smart in stakeholder management skills.

He/She is expected to have prior experience of working with Data Analytics & AI/ML products, enterprise software, and cloud services.

• Define and execute product strategy for Data Strategy (Data Lake, Data Catalog, Data Governance & Data Access) and AI-powered workflow automation services
• Create and build product roadmap aligned with business objectives
• Work closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Drive product decisions through data-driven insights
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback

Qualifications

• 12 years of product management experience
• Experience with Data Analytics, building AI/ML products, preferably in workflow automation
• Strong understanding of cloud services (AWS)
• Strong understanding of Data storage, Data Governance, Data Semantics and access services
• Experience with enterprise software development lifecycle
• Knowledge of LLMs and RAG architecture
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
