Operating factory-direct from our Los Angeles-area facility in Vernon, we ship same-day on orders placed by 1 PM PT, back our products with warranties up to 7 years, and maintain a deep catalog of DLC-qualified fixtures.

We sell through electrical distributors, lighting rep agencies, and contractors nationwide with Southern California as our Homebase.

The Role

We're hiring a dedicated Regional Sales Manager to own Southern California — and only Southern California. This is not a split or shared territory. You'll be based in the LA area, in front of our distributors, agents, and contractors every week, responsible for protecting and growing the largest book of business in the company.

You'll be the face of Westgate in the market you know best, with the full backing of a local factory and inside sales team behind you.

What You'll Own

• Full revenue responsibility for the Southern California territory
• The distributor branch relationships across the LA basin, Orange County, Inland Empire, and surrounding SoCal markets
• Day-to-day management of our SoCal rep agency partnership and coordination with inside sales support
• Winning back and growing volume in core commercial fixture lines (troffers, panels, high bay, and more)
• Driving spec and project activity with contractors and engineering channels
• Forecasting, pipeline, and account planning for the region

Responsibilities

• Live in the market: regular in-person branch visits, counter days, and end-user/contractor calls
• Grow sales at existing distributor accounts and open new ones
• Manage and motivate the rep agency to hit territory targets
• Partner with inside RSAs, marketing, and product teams to deliver quotes, layouts, and spec support fast
• Deliver against quarterly and annual growth goals, with second-half growth over first-half as a core objective
• Report activity and pipeline to sales leadership

What You Bring

• 5+ years in commercial lighting or electrical distribution sales — manufacturer, agency, or distributor side
• Established relationships with Southern California electrical distributors and/or contractors (strongly preferred)
• A track record of growing a territory, not just maintaining one
• Experience managing or working closely with independent rep agencies
• Strong knowledge of the SoCal geography and how business gets done here
• Self-directed, in-the-field operator who doesn't need to be managed to a desk
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Los Angeles area; valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the region
