North America Sales Manager

Our client is a fast-growing technology company, founded in 2018, that provides drone-based inspectionand asset magement software for the renewable energy industry. Its platform combines automated drone flights with AI-powered analytics to detect defects and monitor the health of wind turbines and solar plants, helping asset owners and operators maximise energy production and reduce operating costs.

The company now operates in more than 30 countries and works with independent power producers, service providers, equipment manufacturers, and developers across the wind and solar sectors. As part of its international growth and the launch of new products, it is expanding its commercial team in North America and hire their North America Sales Manager.

Role summary

Reporting to the Founder and CEO and working closely with the other sales managers, the Sales

Director will be in charge of developing the North American market, and especially the Central US area.

The missions will be diverse and evolving, giving the successful candidate full responsibility over the entire sales cycle.

Responsibilities

Business Development & Account Management

• Take over and develop current customer accounts
• Identify new business opportunities in the wind and solar sectors across the USA
• Grow the sales pipeline and manage customers throughout the entire sales cycle

Product Demonstration & Industry Engagement

• Present the company's solutions at customers' solar and wind power generation sites during on-site demonstrations
• Organise and participate in international trade shows such as Clean Power, RE+, BladesUSA, and Intersolar.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements

• 2+ years of full-time experience in B2B Business Development
• Experience and network in the renewables industry
• Bachelor's degree in business
• Track record of leading and signing deals with long sales cycles
• Fluent in English, with a proficient level of Spanish
• Legally authorised to work in the United States
