ST6 Insurance Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Field Sales Leader to support the growth and success of our expanding sales organization. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who enjoys coaching others, leading by example, and helping clients make informed insurance decisions.

As a Field Sales Leader, you'll continue building your own book of business while mentoring and supporting a team of field sales professionals. You'll lead from the front by conducting client consultations, driving sales performance, and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

• Meet with individuals, families, and business owners to assess their insurance needs.
• Conduct face-to-face consultations and present personalized insurance solutions.
• Guide clients through the entire sales process from consultation to policy completion.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Mentor, coach, and support field sales representatives to help them achieve their goals.
• Lead by example through strong sales performance and professionalism.
• Assist with onboarding and ongoing training of new team members.
• Monitor sales activity and encourage a positive, performance-focused team culture.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity.
• Represent ST6 Insurance Group with integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications Required

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field sales
• Current Life Insurance License or the ability to obtain one in accordance with state licensing requirements
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Previous sales experience
• Ability to coach, motivate, and develop others
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable working in a field sales environment
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
