Team Leader – Brokerage Company

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of brokers/sales agents to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching, training, and ongoing support.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Prepare performance reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Foster a positive, results-driven team environment.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience managing a sales team in the same field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
