About The Role

As a Guest Relations Executive – Outdoor Bar & Lounge, you will be the face of our guest experience, building meaningful connections and ensuring exceptional service throughout every visit. With a passion for hospitality and guest engagement, you will help create memorable experiences while maintaining the highest standards of service, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact and engage with guests, delivering personalized service and maintaining high service standards.
• Welcome, greet, and ensure guests are attended to promptly and professionally throughout their experience.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints effectively, resolving concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
• Build strong guest relationships through suggestive selling and by creating memorable experiences.
• Present guest bills when required and maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences within the system.
• Work closely with the F&B team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.

About You

Thorough knowledge of Food & Beverage service techniques and guest engagement practices. Ability to work effectively in an outdoor bar and lounge environment. Passionate about interacting with guests and delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. Fluent in English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a luxury restaurant or 5-star hotel environment is preferred.
