About the Role

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects while ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. This role combines project management, financial analysis, reporting, and process optimization to support organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Track project performance and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.

Financial Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze project costs, budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
• Evaluate historical project data to improve forecasting and pricing accuracy.
• Monitor project expenditures and recommend cost-saving opportunities.

Process Improvement

• Implement project management best practices and standardized processes.
• Support operational efficiency initiatives through data-driven recommendations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
• Assist with training teams on project management tools and methodologies.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in project management, financial analysis, or project operations.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

• Experience with Power BI, SharePoint, SQL, or database management.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Experience working with cross-functional business teams.
