What You'll Do

• Own and drive multiple product initiatives simultaneously, managing projects from ideation through launch while ensuring key milestones are achieved.
• Partner with leadership, engineering, operations, and external stakeholders to shape product strategy and prioritize development efforts.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify opportunities for new products and enhancements.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements, documentation, and user-focused solutions.
• Develop internal product resources and external-facing materials that support product adoption and go-to-market efforts.
• Build and manage strategic relationships with third-party technology, data, and service partners.
• Leverage data and customer feedback to evaluate product performance, inform decisions, and drive continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, Product Management, or a related field.2+ years of experience in Product Management, Management Consulting, Product Strategy, or a similar cross-functional role.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance strategic thinking and execution.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to create clear, organized documentation and product materials.
• Experience with Excel is required; exposure to SQL or other analytical tools is a plus.
• Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to build products that solve meaningful customer problems.
