We are partnering with a leading global private markets investment manager to hire a Private Wealth Product Manager focused on the onboarding, launch, and ongoing management of alternative investment products. This is an investment product and fund lifecycle role- not a technology product management position.

The role offers exposure to a broad range of private wealth investment programs, including semi-liquid and evergreen funds, retail alternative investment offerings, private/public partnerships, and separate accounts.

What You’ll DoTake ownership of assigned investment products throughout their lifecycle.

Coordinate fund launches, onboarding, restructurings, and ongoing maintenance.

Support subscription, redemption, capital call, distribution, and investor-documentation processes.

Partner with investment, sales, structuring, legal, compliance, finance, and operations teams.

Coordinate with fund administrators, custodians, and other external service providers.

Review offering documents, subscription materials, operational procedures, and product communications.

Monitor fund activity and help resolve operational and client-service issues.

Lead cross-functional projects that improve product onboarding, operational efficiency, and the investor experience.

Maintain a strong understanding of fund structures, workflows, systems, and responsibilities across the organization.

What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.

At least 2–3 years of experience in asset management, wealth management, banking, fund operations, investment operations, custody, fund administration, or a related financial services environment.

Exposure to alternative investments, private equity, private credit, hedge funds, real assets, or other private market strategies.

Experience with fund onboarding, subscription documentation, capital activity, valuations, reporting, or ongoing fund maintenance.

Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.A proactive, hands-on approach and a strong sense of ownership.

Experience with semi-liquid funds, evergreen structures, registered alternatives, private wealth products, or customized investment vehicles would be particularly valuable.
