Candidate Profile

Ideally, candidates should have started their career as a consultant and progressed into Product Management/Product Ownership roles.

Strong product ownership experience with strategic decision-making and stakeholder management is preferred over purely technical execution.IBM Sterling Experience:

Sterling experience should be recent and current, ideally extending through 2023–2025.A gap of up to one year from the last Sterling engagement is acceptable; longer gaps are generally not preferred.
