Partner with the Chief Product Officer (CPO) to translate product vision and business objectives into actionable technical roadmaps Define and own product increments, delivery milestones, and release plans.

Work closely with Engineering, UX/UI, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to define/prioritise product roadmaps and backlogs. Translate complex healthcare and business requirements into actionable user stories and technical specifications for the development team. Take ownership for sprint planning, setting priorities, and ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery of features.

Act as technical authority within the product team, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.

Drive stakeholder engagement, facilitate feedback sessions and incorporate user input to continually enhance product value. What Skills You’ll Need:6-10 years’ experience in software delivery roles, including 3-5+ years as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or Senior Business Analyst Proven track record delivering complex, high-scale digital platforms.

Experience working in healthcare, fintech, SaaS or regulated environments is desirable Strong hands-on understanding of:

Software engineering and system architectureAPI design and platform developmentAgile / Scrum / Kanban delivery modelsCloud platforms and DevOps pipelinesWhat’s on Offer:
