Role- Business Analyst (Real Estate)

Introduction
We are seeking a highly motivated business analyst to support the Real Estate Services (RES) Global Business Execution Team. Reporting to Strategy lead, the Business Analyst is expected to deliver critical program support, empowering the Data Strategy team to achieve data-driven decision-making and meet key business objectives.
This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to transform complex data into actionable business insights, thereby enhancing operational efficiency and fostering strategic growth.
Responsibilities
- Analyze internal and external data to identify trends, assess performance, and support business strategy;
- Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations that support execution across product, marketing, and operations;
- Build and maintain dashboards, business reports, and performance metrics to monitor KPIs and key initiatives;
- Design, develop and maintain reporting frameworks, defining reporting cadences and delivering executive-level reports to senior leadership;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and support business planning;
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting outputs by developing validation processes and partnering with data source/system owners;
- Develop data-driven reports and presentations to communicate key findings and strategic recommendations to senior management and non-technical stakeholders;
- Provide ad hoc insights and data support for strategic and operational projects;
Experience
- 5-7 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or a similar role.
- Demonstrated exposure to or strong interest in corporate real estate, facilities management, or construction.
Education
- Bachelors degree in Business, Project Management, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. Analytical Acumen:
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities, coupled with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect data findings directly to real-world business decisions. Communication & Interpersonal
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and actionable insights for diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership.
- Strong interpersonal skills, enabling the building of effective working relationships across all levels of the organization and with external partners. Technical Proficiency:
- Expert proficiency with Business Intelligence (BI) platforms (e.g., Tableau, Cognos) for creating insightful dashboards and automated reports.
- Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements in a structured manner.
Domain Knowledge (Most preferred)
- Strong understanding or working experience in construction project lifecycles, facilities maintenance processes, corporate real estate, and industry best practices.
- While not a mandatory requirement, candidates with relevant domain experience will be strongly preferred, as the role requires effective engagement with stakeholders and the ability to understand business and operational requirements with minimal ramp-up time.
