Business Analyst

Contract Business Analyst – Retail Digital TransformationContract Outside IR35 Hybrid/Remote Up to £500 per dayIm currently working with a leading retail organisation embarking on a large-scale digital transformation and am looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join one of several Agile delivery teams.

This is an opportunity to work on a high-profile programme, helping shape the delivery of innovative digital products and customer-facing platforms. Youll work closely with Product Managers, Scrum Masters, Engineering teams and business stakeholders to define requirements and ensure solutions deliver real business value.

What youll be doing:

Working with business and technical stakeholders to elicit, analyse and document requirements.

Translating business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and functional requirements.

Supporting Product Owners in backlog refinement and prioritisation.

Facilitating workshops and stakeholder meetings across multiple business functions.

Mapping current and future state processes to identify opportunities for improvement.

Collaborating with development and QA teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Supporting UAT planning and ensuring delivered solutions meet business expectations.

What were looking for:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Agile software delivery environments.

Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and stakeholder management skills.

Experience writing high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria.

Ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.

Experience working on enterprise-scale digital transformation programmes.

Previous experience within retail, eCommerce or customer-facing digital products would be highly desirable.
