Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Data Entry)

Duration: 06 months contract

Location: Indianapolis, Indiana 46204

Max Pay Rate:$20-23.50/Hour Max (On W2 terms, without any benefits)

Job Description

Daily Scheduled time: 8 am – 4:30 pm with a 1 hour lunch break

Position Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and organized contractor for a 6-month engagement. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in supporting our team through efficient report processing, data entry, and data management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in report processing, data entry, and data organization.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Easily able to learn new systems

Required / Desired Skills

• Prior experience in a role with strong data entry and accuracy.
• Prior experience in a role requiring verification of accuracy of data entry.
• Prior experience with report processing, compiling, reviewing and ensuring accuracy of report data.
• Prior experience with document management and organization within a database.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Adaptability — easily able to learn new systems.
