Business Analyst / Data Analyst / Operations Analyst

Role Description This full-time hybrid role is based in Singapore River, with flexibility for part-time work from home. The Business Analyst / Data Analyst / Operations Analyst will collect, clean, and analyze data to generate insights that support growth initiatives and operational improvements.

The role involves building reports and dashboards, modeling business scenarios, and tracking key performance metrics for internal and client-facing projects. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into clear recommendations and action plans.

Responsibilities also include documenting requirements, optimizing processes, and presenting findings in a concise and understandable manner.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities to interpret complex datasets and identify trends.
• Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Statistics to design experiments, validate hypotheses, and ensure data accuracy.
• Candidates should possess experience in Data Modeling to structure data, build predictive models, and support scenario analysis.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to explain insights, prepare reports, and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Proficiency with data tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python or R, BI dashboards) is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, business, or related field is preferred.
• Ability to work in a startup environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing requirements.
• Experience in growth, operations, or consulting environments is an advantage.
