To support the continued development of its analytics capabilities, we are looking for a Data Analyst (Customer & Marketing Analytics) to join a dynamic and collaborative team based in Lugano.

This role offers a unique opportunity to combine data analytics, business intelligence, customer insights and predictive modelling within a modern and innovative environment.

Your MissionAs a Data Analyst, you will help transform customer and business data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.

Working closely with Marketing, Digital and Business teams, you will contribute to customer segmentation, behavioural analysis, campaign performance measurement and predictive modelling initiatives aimed at optimizing customer engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse customer behaviour, product usage and customer journeys across multiple channels and touchpoints.
• Develop customer segmentation and profiling models using demographic, transactional and behavioural data.
• Build and maintain predictive models to support business and marketing initiatives.
• Extract, manipulate and analyse data from multiple sources using SQL and Python.
• Design and automate recurring reporting processes and analytical workflows.
• Develop and maintain Business Intelligence dashboards and performance reports.
• Monitor customer portfolio KPIs and identify actionable business insights.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Digital teams to support customer acquisition, retention and engagement strategies.
• Ensure data quality, consistency and integrity across reporting and analytical processes.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear recommendations for business stakeholders.
• Your Profile
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Customer Analytics, CRM Analytics or a similar analytical role.
• Strong experience working with large datasets and relational databases.
• Advanced SQL knowledge.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Practical experience with:
• PandasNumPyScikit-Learn
• Experience in statistical analysis, forecasting, customer segmentation or predictive modelling.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-driven, proactive and business-oriented mindset.
• Nice to Have
• Experience within banking, financial services, fintech, payments or credit card environments.
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI.Experience with BigQuery, SPSS or similar analytical platforms.
• Exposure to machine learning techniques and customer behavioural modelling.
• Experience supporting marketing, CRM or customer engagement initiatives.
