GENERAL FUNCTION

The Senior Finance Analyst partners closely with field leadership to drive sales planning, performance analysis, and business insights across a portfolio of retail stores. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining store sales plans, monitoring performance against goals, providing actionable recommendations to support business growth, Ad-Hoc Analyses based on the needs of the team and business.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with field teams and cross-functional partners.

Major Duties And Responsibilities

• Partner with field management to develop and manage monthly store sales goal planning process
• Identify, evaluate, and implement AI-driven solutions to improve sales planning processes, automate analysis, and generate actionable insights for field leadership and finance teams.
• Maintain, enhance, and automate sales planning tools, models, and reporting files to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Serve as a key finance contact for store field teams, answering questions and providing support related to sales plans.
• Build strong relationships with Store Operation Leadership to understand business drivers and support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial plans and business objectives.
• Demonstrate agility by supporting emerging Finance priorities, special projects, and cross-functional initiatives while helping drive continuous improvement across the organization.
• Leads by example through Sunglass Hut’s Key Cultural Indicators: Fun, Shared Wins, Relationships, Inclusion and Drive

Basic Qualifications

• S. and/or M.B.A in Finance, Accounting or Data Analytics
• 3+ years financial planning and analysis and/or commercial finance experience
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with sales planning preferred.
• Experience in retail, consumer, or complex matrixed organizations preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter who takes initiative, solves problems, and drives results independently.
• Challenge the Process – Constructively challenges the process and takes the initiative to search for opportunities to grow, improve and innovate
• Strategic Orientation – Understands the company’s strategies and can related them to issues/projects at hand
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively partner with individuals across varying levels and functional areas.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of any of the following: BusinessObjects, Tableau, Power BI
• Knowledge of ETL tools like Tableau Prep or Alteryx

Pay Range

81,626.80 - 114,483.20

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
