Treasury Finance Analyst - Alternative Assets

Overview

An alternative asset manager focused on venture lending is seeking a Treasury Finance Analyst to support liquidity management, cash forecasting, and financing activity across multiple legal entities. This role sits at the intersection of treasury and corporate finance, partnering closely with FP&A, Accounting, and Legal to help inform funding strategy and capital allocation decisions.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze liquidity positions and forecasting models to support funding strategy and capital allocation decisions
• Evaluate financing activity, including drawdowns, capital injections, and distributions, in the context of broader portfolio needs
• Support compliance and reporting under credit facilities, including borrowing base analysis, covenant tracking, and lender relationship management
• Prepare and review financial disclosures, including quarterly and annual filing schedules
• Collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, and Legal to deliver analysis and insights that inform treasury and corporate finance decisions
• Drive process improvement initiatives, leveraging automation and technology to enhance treasury reporting and controls
• Contribute to quarterly management reporting and presentations, translating treasury data into actionable insights
• Support regulatory and audit related activities, including KYC reviews for banking relationships

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2-4 years of experience in treasury finance or corporate finance
• Exposure to structured debt, credit facilities, or leveraged finance preferred
• Advanced Excel skills required
• Hands-on experience using treasury management systems (TMS)
• Experience using AI tools to support day-to-day workflows
