About the Role

As the Financial Planning & Admin Analyst, you’ll play a central role in shaping financial plans, evaluating performance, and supporting operational decision‑making across a diverse industrial product portfolio.

This position is deeply connected to day‑to‑day operations and you'll be working closely with plant leaders, commercial teams, and accounting to understand production activity, cost behavior, pricing dynamics, and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long‑range planning, and capital planning across multiple regions and product lines; refine CAPEX processes to ensure alignment with financial targets.
• Partner with operations and commercial teams to ensure financial plans reflect production capabilities, market conditions, and strategic priorities.
• Analyze major cost drivers, conduct variance reviews, and report key operational/financial KPIs including volumes, efficiency, utilization, and margin trends.
• Support cross‑functional initiatives that improve financial reporting, streamline workflows, enhance data accuracy, and contribute to broader operational projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field3+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or operations finance experience within manufacturing, industrial production, or construction‑related industries
• Advanced Excel skills, including modeling, forecasting, and analysis of large data sets
• Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems preferred
• Proficiency with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Prophix, or comparable platforms preferred
