About the Opportunity

Zippy Cleaner is seeking motivated Business Development Representatives to help expand our commercial client base throughout Los Angeles and surrounding areas. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and helping businesses find dependable cleaning solutions.

As an independent contractor, you’ll have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while building a portfolio of recurring commercial accounts. Your success is directly tied to the relationships you create and the business you generate, offering unlimited earning potential.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and connect with prospective commercial clients.
• Network within the local business community.
• Schedule appointments and conduct client walkthroughs.
• Prepare proposals and customized service agreements.
• Build long-term relationships that generate recurring revenue.
• Collaborate with our operations team to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Compensation

• This is an independent contractor (1099) opportunity with uncapped commission and the ability to build recurring income through long-term client relationships.
