Marketing Manager

Job Title: Marketing Manager *This is remote role, but must live within 50 miles of Philadelphia, PAOverview: An exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager  to lead and execute innovative marketing strategies in a dynamic environment.

This role is integral in driving brand awareness, supporting campaign development, and enhancing overall marketing effectiveness in a remote setting with potential regional expansion. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and proven experience managing diverse marketing initiatives to help propel business growth.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field5-7+ years of experience in marketing management or similar roles, having shaped campaign strategy Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Experience with Monday.com and proficiency in in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Experience managing agency and vendor/ 3rd party relationships.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
• Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Nice to Have

Skills

• Experience with B2C and B2B marketing campaigns
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms

Preferred Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field5-7+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably within a healthcare or corporate settingOther
