- Our client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to serve as a strategic business partner supporting multiple offices across the West Coast.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative, solutions-oriented HR professional with experience leading employee relations, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational goals.
- Provide guidance on leadership development, talent management, succession planning, workforce planning, and organizational development initiatives.
- Coach managers on employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.
- Build trusted relationships with leaders and employees while serving as a strategic advisor on people-related matters.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
- Recommend and implement improvements to HR policies, programs, systems, and processes while leveraging HR best practices and industry trends.
- Identify organizational talent gaps and partner with leadership to develop effective solutions.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Compensation teams to support hiring, employee development, and total rewards initiatives.
- Provide thoughtful guidance on promotions, career development, succession planning, and organizational changes.
- Support managers in resolving employee performance issues while ensuring consistency and compliance with employment policies and regulations.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and support business decision-making.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree preferred5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in a business partner or HR management role
- Experience supporting multiple business functions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, organizational development, performance management, and HR best practices
- Ability to balance strategic initiatives with hands-on HR responsibilities
- Excellent coaching, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with HR technology and Microsoft Office applications
- Preferred
- Experience supporting construction, engineering, architecture, manufacturing, or other project-based industries
- Experience supporting geographically dispersed teams
