About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support engineering hiring for advanced manufacturing, hardware, and robotics-related positions. This role is ideal for someone who has experience sourcing specialized technical talent in a fast-paced recruiting environment.

This is a hybrid position supporting hiring efforts throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage engineering candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and other sourcing tools.
• Recruit for Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Robotics, and related engineering positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruiting updates.
• Manage multiple technical requisitions while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Track recruiting activity using the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of technical recruiting or technical sourcing experience.
• Experience recruiting engineering or advanced manufacturing professionals.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and candidate sourcing platforms.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work a hybrid schedule in the San Francisco Bay Area.
