One Medical Recruiting at Amazon is looking for a resource will be helping with sourcing for Northwest region.

Responsibilities

• Full life cycle recruiting – manage candidates from end-to end, in high volumes.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates, as well as handle sourcing responsibilities.
• This person will support virtual medical team (telehealth visits) customer care, and Medicare population health programs.
• Recruits, interviews, checks references, makes offers, and conducts orientation for new employees.
• Performs exit interviews and processes change of employee status.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS5-8 years of experience in the field or in a related area
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting including independently closing candidates
• Nice to have:
• Healthcare recruitment experience
• Ability to report on large datasets
• Exceptional administrative skills
• This posting is for a contract assignment with Tundra Technical Solutions to provide services to Amazon.
• The pay range that Tundra in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $46/hour - $51/hour.
