Internal Recruiter – High-End Legal Recruiting Agency (Dallas, TX Office)

Location: Dallas, TX Office (In-Person Only)

Salary: $27.00–$30.00 per hour

Join a fast-paced and rapidly growing legal recruiting agency that places top-tier legal talent at the partner level with prestigious law firms across the country. With offices in Dallas, Los Angeles and New York, we’re seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Recruiter to help expand our team and support key operational functions.

This role is based in our Dallas, TX office and requires full-time, in-person availability. We operate on East Coast hours (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST) with additional overtime as needed.

What You’ll Do

As our Internal Recruiter, you'll play a key role in building our internal team across multiple departments. You’ll recruit, coordinate, and support hiring for essential positions including:

• Office Manager / Executive Assistant
• Marketing & Research Team Members
• File Coordinators

Additional responsibilities may include

• Assisting in the development of our new online presence
• Supporting office management functions
• Helping launch a second office location

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree (required)
• Proven recruiting or sales experience with a successful track record
• Strong communication, organization, and people skills
• A stable work history and commitment to excellence
• A passion for growth and a proactive, can-do attitude
• Interest in the legal industry is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Benefits
