Technical Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Federal Technical Recruiter with a proven track record in high-volume, enterprise-level recruiting. The ideal candidate will have expertise in full-cycle recruiting for large strategic accounts, with a focus on IT, engineering, and other technical roles.

You will collaborate with hiring managers, develop talent pipelines, and ensure a seamless candidate experience while meeting demanding hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for large enterprise clients, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing top technical talent.
• Partner with Business Development Managers and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.) to identify passive candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical professionals (e.g., software engineers, cloud architects, cybersecurity experts, DevOps, etc.).
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback.
• Track and report on recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, candidate conversion rates, etc.) to optimize hiring processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive talent markets, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of federal technical recruiting experience, preferably in a staffing agency or corporate recruiting environment.
• Proven success recruiting for large enterprise accounts with high-volume hiring demands.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry terminology.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools (e.g., Bullhorn, Job
• Diva, Salesforce).
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting Fortune 500 or global enterprise clients.
• Knowledge of employer branding and diversity recruiting strategies.
