Software Sales Manager

At OTIF, we are looking for a Software Sales Manager specialized in software sales (SaaS) to lead the commercial expansion of our technology solutions within the logistics sector.

You will be responsible for identifying strategic opportunities, building relationships with enterprise-level companies, and closing high-value contracts—positioning OTIF's technology platform as an innovative solution for logistics management.

We are seeking a professional with a commercial mindset, experience in B2B software sales, and the ability to negotiate with key decision-makers in large corporations. Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Sales Management: Lead the complete B2B software sales cycle from prospecting to contract closing.
• Enterprise Opportunities: Identify and develop new business opportunities within enterprise and corporate accounts.
• SaaS Positioning: Position OTIF's SaaS solutions within the logistics sector.
• Executive Relationship Building: Build strategic relationships with key decision-makers (C-level, Logistics Directors, Operations, and Supply Chain).
• Account Development: Execute account development and growth strategies for key accounts.
• Demos & Presentations: Deliver professional commercial presentations and product demos to potential clients.
• High-Value Negotiation: Negotiate high-value commercial contracts.
• Pipeline Management: Use CRM tools for pipeline management, sales forecasting, and opportunity tracking.
• Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to create competitive advantages.
• Brand Representation: Represent OTIF at events, trade shows, and networking spaces within the tech and logistics sectors.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business, International Trade, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 4+ years of experience in software sales (SaaS) or B2B technology solutions.
• Sales Cycle: Proven experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles.
• Account Level: Experience working with enterprise or corporate clients.
• Tools: Proficient in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or other commercial platforms.
• Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and executive presentation skills.
• Mindset: Results-oriented mindset focused on revenue generation and market growth.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience selling logistics software, TMS, SCM, or SaaS supply chain solutions.
• Knowledge of the logistics, transportation, or freight tech sector.
• Experience in enterprise sales or strategic account management.
• An existing network of contacts within the logistics or technology sector.

Pay: $7,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
