This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll take ownership of new and used vehicle sales performance, customer experience, and dealership growth.

Working closely with Honda's Auckland leadership team, you'll identify opportunities to increase market share, strengthen customer relationships, and drive outstanding commercial results.

You'll be passionate about sales, motivated by achieving results, and committed to delivering an exceptional experience for every customer who walks through the door.

• Proven automotive sales management experience
• Passion for sales, performance, and achieving results
• Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Strong commercial and strategic thinking ability
• Proven ability to analyse information and identify growth opportunities
• Experience leading teams and driving positive change
• Excellent communication and conflict management skills
• Full New Zealand Driver Licence
