Having achieved significant growth in a short period, the business is now entering its next phase of expansion, supported by ambitious scaling plans.

Financially robust, the company operates without debt, maintains positive cash flow, and funds its growth through ongoing reinvestment.

The Opportunity

This leadership position is focused on accelerating new business growth through the development and management of a high-performing sales function. You will oversee a team of SDRs and experienced Account Executives, with responsibility for expanding and scaling the team to support continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the leadership team to drive business performance and contribute to the ongoing development and success of the wider organisation.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of SDRs and Business Development Managers, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Take ownership of the new business sales function, ensuring the achievement of revenue growth objectives.
• Develop and execute innovative go-to-market strategies to drive market penetration and commercial success.
• Improve sales effectiveness, optimise conversion rates, and enhance customer acquisition efficiency.
• Conduct regular pipeline and deal reviews, providing coaching and mentorship to maximise team performance.
• Support hiring and talent development initiatives, ensuring the team has the capabilities required to achieve growth objectives.
• Focus on maximising productivity, performance and scalability within the existing team structure, with only limited planned headcount growth.
• Contribute to and influence the broader commercial strategy, collaborating cross-functionally to support the company's long-term growth ambitions.

About You

• Demonstrated success in SaaS sales leadership, with experience selling into public sector organisations.
• Based in the North West of England, with the ability to work from the Manchester office three days per week.
• Proven track record of driving significant net-new revenue growth through high-performing sales teams.
• Forward-thinking, ambitious and commercially driven, with a modern and innovative approach to sales leadership.
• Strong strategic capability, with experience enhancing go-to-market effectiveness and commercial execution.
• Aspiration and potential to broaden your remit beyond sales, contributing to wider business leadership and strategic decision-making.

Package

• Base Salary: £110,000 (flexible)
• OTE: £165,000 uncapped
• Equity included

North West England (hybrid working – 3 days office-based)
