Duties

• Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide tailored assistance.
• Assist customers with product selection and inquiries, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor by restocking shelves and arranging merchandise.
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and handle cash responsibly.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall store performance.
• Stay informed about product features, promotions, and inventory levels to effectively communicate with customers.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
• Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

Experience

• Previous experience in fashion retail business is essential; we welcome candidates eager to learn.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
• Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions and stock management.
• Ability to work well within a team as well as independently when required.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
