With 18 years of expertise, Sportify combines scientific testing, personalized development plans, and certified coaching to help young athletes and aspiring professionals discover and reach their full potential.

ABOUT THE ROLE

At Sportify Academy, the relationship with every family and athlete doesn't end when the assessment is done — it's just beginning. We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Representative to own that relationship across the full client journey: from booking confirmation through development plan delivery and long-term engagement.

If you genuinely care about people, are organized enough to manage dozens of client relationships simultaneously, and are motivated by turning satisfied clients into passionate advocates, this role is for you.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Own the client relationship from booking confirmation through the full development journey
• Conduct pre-assessment confirmation calls and post-assessment development plan coordination
• Maintain regular touchpoints with active clients; proactively identify and address satisfaction risks before they become churn
• Drive the referral and testimonial program — building Sportify's community of advocates
• Handle complaints and requests professionally, within agreed response standards, ensuring every client feels heard and resolved

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 4+ years in customer success, account management, or client relations — with NPS or satisfaction ownership
• Experienced handling complex or sensitive client conversations — calm, empathetic, and solution-focused
• Highly organized: able to manage multiple active client relationships without anything falling through the cracks
• Strong communicator in English; Arabic is an advantage; WhatsApp-native professional communication
