Proven experience managing AWS-based projects and coordinating cross-functional technology and business teams.

Good understanding of AWS services such as EC2, EKS, ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, Aurora, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, IAM, networking, and security services to effectively collaborate with Solution Architects and engineering teams.

Experience leading Agile/Scrum-based project delivery and coordinating multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation), and automated deployment frameworks.

Knowledge of data platforms, ETL/ELT workflows, and modern data engineering concepts is a plus.

Lead program governance, project planning, execution, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communications.

Track project progress, milestones, risks, dependencies, budgets, and resource utilization; provide timely status updates to stakeholders.

Prepare and present executive-level reporting, including Steering Committee (SteerCo) and Executive Committee (ExCo) decks for leadership review and decision-making.

Define, monitor, and report KPIs, metrics, and program health dashboards to measure project success and business outcomes.

Act as the primary liaison between project teams, business stakeholders, senior leadership, and technology partners.

Strong understanding of SQL and data analytics concepts to support program oversight, reporting, and decision-making.

Excellent communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex functional and technical concepts.

Prior people management, team leadership, and mentoring experience required.
