Oracle Cloud Migration Program Manager

Note: This is not a Scrum Team TPM lead but rather a Program Manager who would manage delivery and execution of Oracle Initiative Day to day with current team

1. Experience managing large scale Oracle projects/programs/initiatives

2. Extensive experience managing Oracle Cloud migrations as a must

3. Deep Knowledge of Oracle ERP and EPM implementations

4. Work with impacted Oracle platforms Engg/Product leaders and track multiple milestones and deliverables

5. Create and maintain holistic Oracle project testing schedules, coordinating with cross-functional teams to track progress and communicate testing status

6. Expert creating Program Summary/Dashboards; present to VP and above

7. Develop comprehensive plans and strategies and identify appropriate tooling and frameworks to support all efforts

8. Own/update project inputs to E2E Project roadmaps, RAID, run Program Test Sync calls

9. Familiarity or worked within cloud platforms (Oracle, GCP). Jira reporting

10. Work on biweekly, monthly Executive leadership updates and experience presenting to senior leadership including VPs

11. Oracle certifications a plus

12. Amex Prior Experience a plus
