Global Product Manager

Position Summary

The Global Product Manager is responsible for the complete product lifecycle management of assigned product categories globally. This includes highly detail-oriented day-to-day management of on-market products within the category as well as new product funnel development, execution through launch, and product obsolescence.

Responsibilities

• Drive product revenue, margin, and growth using market insights and strategies
• Collaborate with stakeholders (suppliers, operations, customer service, commercial teams)
• Analyze market, competition, and customer needs to develop product strategy and roadmap
• Plan and execute go-to-market strategies, including product launches and training
• Define product positioning, value propositions, and marketing messaging
• Develop and manage product claims and documentation
• Oversee full product lifecycle, including updates and obsolescence
• Act as product and market expert on trends, competition, and performance
• Monitor global market dynamics and business impact
• Manage pricing strategy and execution
• Participate in KPI reviews and daily management meetings
• Travel up to 20% (domestic/international)

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience required in a highly regulated industry, preferably in the medical device or dental industry.

Experience working through distribution as well as a direct model highly preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
