Sr Product Owner

Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team. This role involves coordinating development teams with clients and business lines to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development life cycles and Agile methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong background in a disciplined software development life cycle (SDLC) process
• 5 years’ experience working on a team with the Agile Methodology
• Experience in Scrum, sprint planning, burn down and velocity reporting, backlog prioritization, retrospectives
• 5 years' experience as a business analyst or project manager
• Experience in managing scope, estimation, project status, reporting, escalation

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Jira, Remedy, Confluence, or similar software delivery tools
• Experience in translating business strategy into work programs and processes
• Experience in technology solutions development appropriate to business needs and objectives
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• Experience in design principles and design patterns

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Own and manage a mix of simple to complex features within development teams
• Serve as a single point of contact and escalation point between the client/business area and development team
• Coordinate the development of technology solutions and oversee implementation of programs, projects, or processes
• Ensure adherence to enterprise standards for documentation
